For 20+ years, I’ve helped people around the world strengthen their self-worth, intimacy, relationships, and reproductive health. At Fertility Support Now, I specialize in guiding individuals, couples, and groups through the practical, physical, emotional, and often overwhelming journey of fertility challenges, pregnancy loss, and sexual health.

Clinical Leadership: Developed mental health and sex education curricula, built mentor programs, led international fertility and sexuality initiatives, including workshops and groups in multiple countries, facilitated women from over 10 countries to get basic reproductive care and sexual infection testing and care for the first time in their lives, plus experience in psychiatric hospitals, schools, and with adolescent mothers.

My Fertility Journey
My husband and I have been trying to have a baby for the last three years. The first month we ever tried we got pregnant, but quickly lost it. The second month we tried, we got pregnant again and lost it again. Then a few months later, got pregnant again and lost it within the first trimester, resulting in natural pregnancy loss at home. Having three pregnancy losses in one year destroyed me in ways I cannot even begin to explain. I was absolutely NOT ok.
After we married and I had somewhat healed from these losses, we transitioned to IVF so we could test our embryos. After two rounds with no normal embryos (one inconclusive), we completed a third round, choosing to freeze embryos at Day 3 and Day 5. I just turned 41 and we currently just finished our final egg retrieval.
The last three years have been a very very difficult time besides the losses and IVF cycles. It has been a constant stream of high-stakes decisions involving over 20 doctors, 300 tests, multiple procedures, hundreds of injections and blood draws, trying countless treatments and protocols, taking an endless array of supplements, and extreme lifestyle shifts. Beyond the physical toll, we’ve faced exorbitant costs, mental health struggles, and relationship hardships (due to fertility and differences in opinions).
Fertility challenges affect literally every aspect of our lives. I want to walk with others who are on this path. I’ve experienced so much grief, felt lost, confused, exhausted, frustrated and isolated—and I know how hard it is when no one around you truly understands—why don’t they just get it? They can’t, but I do. I get it with every cell in my body and soul. I am here to share my knowledge, guidance, and loving support, so that you can go from feeling confused, overwhelmed and alone to clarity, calm and connection on your unique fertility journey.
Why I Do This Work
My vision is a world where everyone navigating relational, sexual, fertility, or reproductive health challenges feels truly seen, supported, and empowered, instead of alone and with shame—no matter their past, circumstances, timeline, or chosen path.
This platform has been a lifetime in the making. From leading circles for girls at age 12 to navigating "20 different lives" across the Caribbean, Latin America, and the U.S., I’ve always been drawn to the conversations most people shy away from. I love the messy, complicated, and unspoken parts of love, sexuality, and reproductive health—for me, nothing is off-limits.
My personal journey has spanned years of single life, dating and online dating, to long-term unhealthy and healthy cross-cultural relationships, marriage, and managing everything from STIs to different birth control methods. Most recently, I’ve been on an intense three plus year fertility journey with my husband, Kemy J, our cat Magic and Dog Chi, in our tropical, neon-lit home in Hollywood, Florida. Finding him was almost as challenging as our fertility path, proving that even tiny slivers of hope can lead to miracles.
Whether I’m navigating the complexities of fertility or celebrating our relationship through Matching Couple Style—a platform I created for couples who love coordinated looks—I believe in living out loud. I am unapologetically myself, love sharing my story, and committed to opening doors to the topics society tends to hush. This platform exists to help others have the hard conversations and access concrete support for their bodies, minds, hearts, and relationships.
A Note on Language: I choose to use "Fertility Challenges" rather than "Infertility." Most people are not infertile; the root of their struggle simply hasn't been uncovered yet.
