If what you need is one on one time, sessions with your partner, or want to build a community of other women to listen and talk things through—ask questions, learn about fertility, sexual health, sex or relationships, get guidance, figure out next steps, vent, cry, or just share what’s on your heart or mind, or get helpful tools or resources, —I’ve got you. I’m here to walk alongside you, wherever you are in the process.
I am available for free 15 minute consults and 1 hour sessions (groups are starting at 1 hour long) as many times as is helpful to you. No time commitment. No payment commitment. Pricing flexible. Completely confidential.

Couples Fertility Support
Couples Fertility Support how you need it. Now. I meet you and your partner exactly where you are on your fertility journey. Whatever feels the most supportive is what we will focus on. Whether it's answering your questions, offering comprehensive fertility education, providing perspective, relationship skills or guidance on how best to support each other, discussing boundaries, intimacy, sex, communication or receiving mental health and emotional support tools, you name, it we can talk about it. My partner and I have been through it too, and I am here with you both.
Fertility Support Groups
Join our bi-weekly open In Person and Online Fertility Support Groups, a compassionate space for women navigating their unique fertility journeys. Each circle is centered around a different theme and begins with a short educational piece, before opening into a space for sharing and connecting in a confidential, safe, judgment-free environment of people who actually get what you're going through. No matter how long you have been on the journey, where you are in the process, whatever way you are trying to have a baby, whether you are in a partnership or doing it on your own, you don't have to go through it all alone. I am here with you, and know that there are other women waiting to meet you as well. If you live in South Florida let's connect in person, otherwise see you online!
Sex, Love and Health
Intimacy, relationship and sexual health support how you need it. Now. I meet you exactly where you are on your sexual, relationship or women’s sexual health journey. If you are looking for support, education, guidance, tools or resources relating to any intimate or relational issue such as pleasure, sex, casual sex, online dating, dating, open relationships, long term relationships, marriage, or any women’s sexual health issue such as endometriosis, endometritis, PCOS, thyroid issues, fibroids, cysts, bacterial vaginosis, yeast infections, HPV, herpes simplex virus etc. you are in the right place. I also have teachings on sexual self-care that can be included.
Comprehensive Sexual Education
Comprehensive Sexual Education how you need it. Now. I meet you or your child or group exactly where you are in regards to sex education. I offer fully comprehensive sex education, tailored to the people or population it is served to. This includes basic reproductive anatomy, reproductive health including contraception methods, and sexually transmitted infections, relationships, consent, sexual orientation/gender identity, and depending on their age, even basics of fertility education, so they can learn what most of us only find out when we are struggling to conceive.
