Whether it's answering your questions, offering comprehensive fertility education including discussing doctors, testing, diagnoses, treatments, supplements, lifestyle, next steps, providing relationship, mental health, and emotional support tools, or simply being heard and validated by someone who actually gets what you are going through, I am here with you.
Couples Fertility Support
Couples Fertility Support specifically designed for you and your partner. Whatever is supportive is what we will focus on including offering fertility education, providing perspective, relationship skills or guidance on how best to support each other, discussing boundaries, intimacy, sex, communication or receiving emotional and mental health tools and resources, you name, it we can talk about it.
Fertility Support Groups
Join our monthly open In Person and Online Fertility Support Groups, a compassionate space for women navigating their unique fertility journeys. No matter how long you have been on the journey, where you are in the process, whatever way you are trying to have a baby, whether you are in a partnership or doing it on your own, you don't have to go through it all alone. If you live in South Florida let's connect in person, otherwise see you online!
Sex, Love and Health
Coaching and support for every stage of your sexual, relational, or women’s health journey. I offer fully comprehensive sex education and sexual self-care, tailored to the people or population it is served to. We can also discuss sexually transmitted infections including education, disclosure, support and acceptance for adults or teens.
